Verve is offering new classes all the time. Whether you are a morning person and like to get your workouts in early or prefer to workout later in the day. Verve would like to help you achieve your goals.
We are now offering a 5:30 am class on Mondays and Fridays with Kristen Freeland. We have also just added a Tuesday and Thursday class at 5 pm and one at 6 pm with Alyssa Alamilla.
